• 1:1 coaching sessions

Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: Sessions and events must be booked through our designated platforms (e.g., Calendly, website forms).
• Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other specified methods.
• Currency: All prices are in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise indicated.
• Payment Plans: Available for select programs. Contact us for details.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Coaching Sessions

• Client Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.
• No-Show: No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Events and Workshops

• Cancellation by Client: Refunds available up to 72 hours before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another attendee or future event.
• Cancellation by Us: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Digital Products

Digital products (e.g., workbooks, journals, meditations) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space. By using our services, you agree to:

• Treat all participants, coaches, and staff with respect.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
• Respect confidentiality in group settings.
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and events.

We reserve the right to terminate services or remove participants who violate this code of conduct, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, videos, and materials provided in coaching sessions, is the intellectual property of The Purposeful Princess and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Purposeful Princess provides coaching and educational services. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. We are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

9. Third-Party Services
